This three day, scenario-based course is designed to provide officers, detectives, investigators, supervisors, executives, and prosecutors with the tools and skills to effectively manage and investigate officer involved shootings, use of deadly force incidents, and in-custody deaths. This course will present the best practices and investigative protocols that need to be followed to maintain community trust without compromising the integrity of the investigation. The instructors will make liberal use of “real world” scenarios to supplement their presentations on these topics:
